Stuffed mushrooms rule, I might try and do some of those herb/garlic/breadcrumby ones topped with parmesan, when I have access to an oven (My current abode only has a stovetop, microwave, and toaster, dammit).
Anyway, came across this Pad Thai (Pad Thai, droool) recipe, which looks rather good in the hints it gives, definitely something that can be fiddled with, methinks:

I don't think it mentions that it can be nice with chicken too (with, or instead of, the prawns).
